Yumi Active presents 4 workshops for Wellness Festival Singapore 2022:

1. Stretch Flow Yoga
In partnership with Jyan Yoga Studio, Stretch Flow Yoga Class will allow you to work on your flexibility and expand your range of motion. Class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

2. Basic Acro Yoga
In partnership with Jyan Yoga Studio, Basic Acro Yoga class will allow you to work on techniques and basic drills to build a solid foundation for the base, flyer and spotter. 

3. Floor Barre & Stretch
In partnership with The Movement Studio, Floor Barre & Stretch is a fantastic way of working core, hip, and foot control whilst not bearing weight down on joints though your feet! Often more challenging than normal barre, floor barre techniques require a deeper level of body alignment awareness and mindful movements.

*30 mins post workout activities includes a special dance performance by TMS and Fitness & Wellness quiz with prizes to be won.

4. Barre Burn
In partnership with The Movement Studio, Barre Burn is a full-body hybrid workout that is adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels. We will focus on the fundamentals of barre technique and form. Expect to burn body fat, boost muscle endurance, increase range of motions and improve your overall fitness!

*30 mins post workout activities includes a special dance performance by TMS and Fitness & Wellness quiz with prizes to be won.
